I had an excellent experience at Concur Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, everything stood out—the clinic is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and runs very efficiently. It immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands. The doctor was outstanding—kind, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in providing high-quality care. The entire staff was just as impressive—friendly, welcoming, and highly responsive. Communication with the clinic was seamless and on point from start to finish, which made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, this is one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for efficient, and top-notch medical care!

I had such a great experience at this urgent care yesterday.The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming. The lobby was beautiful and they even had relaxing music playing, which made it feel calm. Even though I live in Johns Creek, I had never come across this location before. They provide me with an appointment the same day I called, and the visit cost was almost more than half cheaper than others!! The most special part of my visit was Elizabeth, she went above and beyond:) She listened very carefully, showed real empathy, and treated me with kindness and respect. Honestly, it felt rare to experience this level of humanity in a medical setting. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I’m grateful I found this place and recommend to you if you are in need.

Absolutley remarkable upon encountering Dr.Elizibeth.She was absolutely beyond warmly kind and also attentive.She took the time to explain my treatment plan very clearly and answered all questions making me feel at ease

This clinic is amazing. Elizabeth listened and was so kind, while I was in so much pain. They make you feel at home, the way medical care places use to be. The help I got was beyond normal, I felt blessed. I will always come to this clinic when I get sick. Even the front desk youg lady was so professional and kind.

I stumbled across this place when I was looking for an urgent care facility. I called, and the young lady was super friendly and professional. The doctor I saw was great. I would love for her to be my primary care doctor. This place is a hidden gem.
